Part D on Public Radio

Marketplace, public radio’s daily business show, ran a short piece on Medicare Part D enrollment today, with comment by Bob Laszewski and I. Not sure how we ended up disagreeing; or if we were…

  1. Jon – the piece on Marketplace did not reference extending the deadline. Or are you just making a statement?

  2. How do you figure amnesty is bad for old people, and by the way, I don’t know your age, but not all senior citizens are “old people”, after you’ve worked all your life and paid taxes, raised a family, I think we deserve all the help we can get. I, personally have changed my part D twice already, hoping this one works out better than the first,as all they wanted was my money, and to not pay for the meds. I have been taking for years. The Dr. wouldn’t write pres. for us, if we didn’t need them, and I would presume that he knows more about meds. than any ins. co. does.or the people in goverment that make the rules( the ones with lots of money, and don’t have to worry about these types of things)
